Phil Vause

Sales Manager

Phil has attained a considerable array of knowledge from his long career dedicated to the HVAC & refrigeration industry. Starting as an apprentice, working through Design, Project Management, Key Account Management and Energy Retrofit, Phil has always had a keen eye on sales. His experience has seen him work in many types of environments; commercial, industrial, retail, bespoke refrigeration, close control air conditioning and critical infrastructure/data centres.

Phil has always enjoyed building relationships that lead to generating solutions and proposals, with a goal and ambition to exceed the expectations of his customers.

As Sales Manager, Phil enjoys using all his skills in helping FEL Groups customers find HVAC solutions that balance their needs of budget versus end product quality.


Debbie Taylor

Accounts Manager

Debbie started with FEL Group 14 years ago as a part time administrator but now, as the Accounts Manager, Debbie oversees the Accounts team. She reports the monthly accounts to the Chief Finance Officer and communicates with the Commercial Director on a regular basis. The accounts team links with each department in the business and gets involved in day to day service processes as well as the projects FEL Group are tendering and implementing. Debbie enjoys pulling information together and seeing final product and figures. The data analysis and reporting side of her role is found fascinating to Debbie and gives her a great sense of accomplishment.

Dale Gamble

Commercial Manager

Dale has worked through the ranks at FEL Group and has developed an extensive knowledge of all aspects of the company. In his role as Commercial Manager, he is now able to use this experience to ensure that our clients get the benefit of a cost effective and customer focused service. Dale works collaboratively with contractors and other project team members to ensure commercial strategy is developed and delivered in accordance with the requirements of the business and customers’ needs.

Mark Denford A.M.inst.R

Service Manager

Mark has been with FEL Group for over 13 years now, starting with us as a Service Engineer, then working to Senior Engineer. Mark’s attention to detail, excellent customer focus and all-round knowledge within service and maintenance saw him promoted to Service Manager where he is now responsible in ensuring the Service team are delivering beyond what our clients are expecting. Mark has seen not only the company but also the Service Department double in size over the last few years which came with its own challenges. Mark has dealt with this effectively and efficiently and has built a strong team that delivers.

Ian McKee

Installation Manager

Ian has worked alongside FEL Group directly and indirectly for more than 8 years.

Working on many of FEL Group’s most significant major projects as Mechanical Engineering Manager, Ian incorporates his 35 years’ experience in the HVAC Industry to the benefit of our engineers and customers alike.

Ian oversees the Engineering Installations on all Specialist Contracts from site survey, pre-start and onsite supervision with a high focus on Health and Safety.

His role incudes coordination to completion and hand over for the customer while liaising with the Commercial department to ensure that quality is delivered that remains cost effective to both parties.

Ian’s recent promotion sees him in a new role as Installations (General) Manager.

Ian is looking forward to the challenge of his new responsibilities and working with the team to deliver the highest of standards, focusing on a Customer first approach.

Paul Drury

Project Manager

Having coming on board just over a year ago, Paul has seen how the company embraces the challenges given by the customers to provide with professionalism the end product. As a Project Manager for over 20 years, Paul prides himself in working to ensure all projects are brought in on time, to the highest standard and within budget.

Having come from a construction, telecoms and rail background, Paul's previous project manager roles the diversity of the roles has given him a wealth of experience on how to tackle many situations without losing the path to completion of the project.

Adam Grice

Key Accounts Manager

Adam previously worked as a mechanical services estimator since 1999 but now is currently working as the Key Accounts Manager at FEL Group. He enjoys the day to day engagement and the development of relationships with existing clients as well as the meeting and introduction of new customers. Adam manages the interactions between our clients and FEL Group and oversees all quotation proposals that leave the Installations department. He still enjoys the "thrill of the case" of securing orders and seeing the exceptional quality of works our engineers provide on project completion, ensuring that our clients are receiving the best solution for their requirements at the most competitive cost possible.

Huw Long

Quality Manager

Huw is the quality manager here at FEL Group and is responsible for signing off completed projects, ensuring that the quality of work meets our standards and exceeds or client’s expectations.

Huw was previously a project manager in the telecoms industry for over 17, looking after Data Centres and telecom sites in the UK. He comes from a background of Commercial refrigeration responsible for the installation of refrigeration plant and equipment in numerous types of industries. Huw’s goal within FEL Group is to constantly improve and evolve our installation standards, the teams we have are committed to giving their best at all times and Huw is there to lead and advise them so that our high standards are maintained at all times.


Chris Quinton

Contracts Manager

Chris has worked within the HVAC industry for 20 years and has a vast knowledge regarding heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning requirements. This is due to working on industrial refrigeration plants, commercial fridges and close control and comfort cooling systems. Chris has worked with FEL Group for 6 years as part of the Installation team, working closely with most of our clients ensuring that their needs are met. Chris is hardworking, self-motivated and always up for a challenge.

Kim Dunn

Project Coordinator

Kim works as a Project Coordinator with FEL Group's mission critical projects. Duties include assisting the Project Managers and delivery teams on a day-to-day basis. Her main role includes collating and submitting of permission documentation to suit the needs of the client. Kim also manages the organisation of surveys and reports that are required for site delivery and communication to the client/project team.
This follows 3.5 years working in the Commercial Department focusing on procurement. Kim has developed our supply chain management, maintained relationships with our suppliers and worked to enhance these to a mutual benefit.

Jason Craig

Health and Safety Practitioner

Jason has only been with FEL for two & half years, during this time he has seen the company almost double in size, this in its self has brought new challenges which he takes in his stride, even with this growth Safety & Health has remained at the forefront of the business.

Jason has a trade related background in electrical engineering, with a wealth of site-based experience enabling him to carry out his daily duties with understanding and a common-sense approach to safety. He is currently qualified to NEBOSH General Certificate level and a technical member of IOSH, with the support of FEL he is embarking on a Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety to further solidify his knowledge and experience.

At FEL Group we are not a team because we work together, we are a team because we respect, trust and care for each other.

Sarah Howarth

HR Advisor

Sarah is currently undertaking level 5 CIPD qualification in Human Resources. Sarah joined FEL Group 3 years ago as a Personal Assistant, but now finds herself in the role of our HR Advisor. In the time that Sarah has worked for FEL Group, she has seen our company grow from 35 employees to 70 employees, ensuring that each employee is introduced, settled in and ensured about all of our policies and procedures. Sarah also assists with all recruitment taken place here at FEL Group and welcomes everyone into the business. Sarah excels in sharing the culture of our organisation to customers, suppliers and employees.

Mick Nocivelli

Network Design Engineer

Mick is an experienced network design engineer here at FEL Group, but that is only one aspect of his duties here. With 18 years of Data Centre experience, Mick holds a great compassion in sharing the knowledge he gained from this and can communicate across all levels of the industry, from apprentice to CEO. Mick also holds 35 years of experience of working directly with lead telecommunication providers within Great Britain. Overall, Mick’s main two skills are managing teams within critical environments with no issues, and maintaining a positive attitude towards all business at any given time.
