John Higginbottom

Managing Director

John has more than 20 years’ experience in Senior Finance roles, principally in construction, manufacturing, and facilities management. He shares responsibility for developing and delivering a strategy that will yield levels of success even higher than those achieved by the company in its story so far.

John's role is not only to lead the finance team, but also to develop it, and to take responsibility for financial reporting internally and externally. In that role, he also manages the relationships we have with external auditors, bankers and shareholders.

Jonathan Camm

Business Development Director

Jonathan has recently joined the main board of FEL Group as Business Development Director to promote and grow this already established business inline with the strategic company objectives. Jonathan has over 25 years in the mechanical and electrical contracting business, his wealth of experience covers all aspects of contracting, in particular customer relationship management and a collaborative work winning approach.

Key customer relationship are the backbone of any business and he strives to deliver on any promises made during the pre commencement and tendering periods, attention to detail when understanding the customers requirements and timescales, this approach delivers outstanding innovative solutions that exceeds customer expectations and ultimately delivers projects that allows businesses to thrive in their own sectors.

Michelle Wainwright

Operations Director

Michelle is an Operations Director with her finger on the pulse. Those that know Michelle might say that she also drives the company to deliver with her positive decision making and problem-solving skills. She is in the final stages of becoming a Chartered Director and loves her role within FEL Group. Michelle is amazed by the power of people, so considers herself fortunate to be surrounded by a team who strive to be the best and want to deliver.
